Koro Beach Resort (formerly Tulani Estates) is situated on 12 acres of beachfront land and shares the Bay with Dere Bay Resort. You'll also hear the name Waisali village, which is the name of the Koro Seaview Estates development given by residents and villagers alike. The surrounding development is Koro Seaview Estates. At Koro Beach Resort, owners can stay in 9 affordable beachfront bungalows while visiting or building their dream home. Koro Beach Resort provides transportation services for owners and guests.  The owners at Koro Seaview Estates are about 1/3 Australian, 1/3 New Zealanders and the remaining 1/3 is comprised of owners from the United States and Europe. What everyone has in common is a love for the tropical environment and the relaxed life style that living on an island offers.

Koro Beach Resort is designed to accommodate guests and owners with a small restaurant with great food and activities such as kayaking, windsurfing, paddleboarding kava ceremonies and much more. A campsite with cooking facilities, showers and restrooms are available.  Sunsets at the Beach Bure are among the great memories every guest to Koro Island walks away with. Bring your guitar and other musical instrument as Fijians and other owners love music and there is usually something going on in the evenings around the kava bowl. Prices at Koro Beach Resort  for 2011 are F$150 p.p including 3 meals per day. For reservations please contact Joleen at jolene@fijirealestate.com or call (679) 3311075.

Depending on occupancy, our own beachfront restaurant serves three meals a day and at night owners and guests gather to talk story and make plans for projects.
